Commercial Property Solicitor – Wiltshire

This family friendly law firm is searching for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. Ideally you will be experienced with a minimum of 4 years post qualification to be able to pick up on an existing caseload of commercial property matters from day one.

What will you do?

Join a well-reputed and approachable law firm, with two offices across Wiltshire
Manage an interesting and varied caseload, including but not limited to, consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, property mortgaging/finance, handling option agreements by the landowner or developer, clawback agreements and easements and right of way
Have the option to be upskilled and advise on Ecclesiastical property matters
