Key Responsibilities:

Advise and support clients on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, business structuring, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through high-quality, commercially sound advice.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
Ambition, energy and confidence to develop your own practice within a well-supported firm
